Works great, but buy a bunch of them because lightning cables don't last.
Great concept and implementation. I DoorDash with my phone all day. Constantly unplugging/plugging the phone to a charger. I didn't want to put wear on my lightning port. They are very fragile and repairing the lightning port is expensive. Every time you plug a cable in and out, it is wearing down the contacts. This works amazingly well. The LED at the end assures it's receiving power from your USB source. Magnet easily snaps in place and starts charging. But like with virtually ALL cheap lightning adapters, these burn out. Probably faster for me because heavy GPS draws a LOT of power and creates heat at the connector. That's why you need to buy a bunch of these. I burn out one a week or so. Still cheaper than wearing your lightning port. Still super easy to disconnect and reconnect without any force.I buy lightning cables by the gross. Even official Apple $20 cables won't last, so I buy cheap ones and accept that they don't last. Why else do convience stores sell them at the checkout? Because they don't last. These won't either, but at this price point, they will last plenty long and save you $hundreds iPhone port repairs.

Break these instead of your iPhone
Very easy to use. I originally purchased it for my kid’s iPad. They are very rough with the lightning cable and I had to replace the cable several times. After I installed these connectors, it was easy for the kids to connect their iPad and it saves it from wear and tear on the actual charging ports in their devices. Some of the cons about this is that since it is magnetic, it will attract metal flakes and minerals in sand and dirt if you happened to drop it by accident. Once it is stuck on there, it can interfere with the connection and may not charge your device. It can also break if you drop your phone and it lands right on it. As long as you keep your device safe and clean, the connectors should last a while.

Perfect fit!
I had some cords already, but needed extra inserts for all my devices. They work perfectly with what I have.

Convenient, but heating and durability issues
I have mixed feelings about this adapter. Super convenient and reduces wear and tear on the lightning port, BUT there are durability issues that others have noted (neodymium magnets are VERY brittle). I can live with this given the low price point - I.e. treat these as consumable items that need regular replacing. Also need to keep clear of debris, since a speck of sand will stop it from working. My bigger concern is heating. I have felt both the plug (at the lightning port end) and my power brick gettinG VERY hot. This was proven when I put a power meter (photo) on the setup, using the stock Apple adapter with my iPad. It is drawing more than the rated 1A of this adapter! This is because the technology prevents lightning to communicate the power draw needs to the brick, but nonetheless this product should clearly include a notice to only use 2A or greater high quality power bricks (which only get "warm"). Else you're looking for a lawsuit as soon as one of these causes a brick to catch fire.To be clear, I still use these, but I'm an engineer willing to work around its limitations.

Good product but they break easily
This is the third time I’m buying a pack of 5 because they don’t fully work after a certain time. The connection pin in the small part doesn’t connect completely to the cable after awhile (ie: it loses its length and it doesn’t properly fit in and make a strong connection to the cable, if that makes sense?) and I think it’s a cheap part/design flaw...However.. they are convient and better than regular lightning cables, for sure, because they give less wear and tear to the lightning port and that’s why I still prefer these over a regular cable

Replacement
Last batch got lost (case issues) and one did break in 2. But LOVE them so needed more!
