It seems to be exactly what they claim it to be. It's abundantly sudsy. Shipping was speedy. There is no delightful persimmon aroma. It smells medicinal, seemed to dry out my skin, and nothing has ever done that before. I don't know that it is better than a much less pricey Neutrogena product. If your objective is to cleanse away 'old age smell', then at this price I would not use it daily. My desire was complexion improvement and it definitely did make the oily skin creating clogged pores, vanish. Unlike other complexion bars, the skin was not oily again even two days after using it. It could be that the same thing that creates 'old age smell' is impervious to ridding oily face. I don't know.

I give 5 stars to the soap itself - wonderful! I reluctantly deduct one star for the price; unfortunately, at its current price, I can't afford to make it a regular purchase.

I am concerned that the ingredients listed are all in Japanese. The company claims there are no harmful ingredients. However, a consumer should be able to know exactly what the product is made of in case other potential sensitivities or allergens exist. The aluminum present could be present in a harmful form ( like the typical anti-perspirants ie. Aluminum chlorolhydrate) I never expected to see ingredients listed in Japanese.

Nice scent, feels clean when you use it. Would buy it again! Really seems to remove odors that seem to linger!

Seems to work well but I'm not sure of the safety of some of the ingredients. I will not buy again when this bar is gone.

Bought this for my husband. He really likes it very much. Lots of nice lather, he is a grampa now and wants the little ones to always like being around grandpa. will also order some for myself. lovely, luxurious soap that cleans very well and is refreshing.

I like the light lemon scent. It does seem to delay that under the bust, sweat stink. Glycerin soaps don't usually last long. We'll have to see how this one does. It's soooo expensive.

Love this soap it has stop my body odor all day long. Love this love this soap kinda high but I tried it and love it..but going to look for something a little cheaper
