Ok product, drinkable, not sure if it is doing anything though! Seen no changes as a result of taking the product, but will continue as its meant to be really good for you!

This can not be drunk or eaten by adding to cocktails or dishes. The taste is terribly strong and nasty.I also did not notice any action on my body or well-being. Waste of money
