Which part were you supposed to use to prise the front off please?

I bought this battery a week ago. It was installed at the cost of £35. It looses almost 1% every couple of minutes!I spent 1.5 hours talking on customer service and told only that I would receive a refund. I’m staggered....I am now left with a faulty battery and have to buy a new battery, pay again for it to be installed.Amazon would not know customer service if it fell on their head! It’s not a product one can just return! I’m not a computer technician! I’m sure this has happened to others with this toe of product. Why do they not A give a refund and B send another battery.....By the time I get done it will have cost me nearly £100 for their faulty product. Customer service.... I don’t think so. Been a customer for many years - first complaint and asked for a Managing Director.....oh no you must send them an email and deal with it all over again!

Having used this supplier before, ordered again with confidence. These batteries are exact replacements, coming with kit to open the iPad Air 2. They are already fitted with adhesive strips.

Professionally fitted, started to deteriorate after 6 months, with the battery not lasting as long. Lasted 1 year 10 days. where battery will very slowly charge, around 6hours for 50%. The 50% doesn’t last that long though. Haven’t even gone down the roads of a warranty replacement, probably less hassle buying a new one

Comprehensive kit, all. Good

Fitted today, will only charge to 91% and within 1 hour it drained to 80%. Safe to say I won’t be rating this battery good.

Très bien montage sans difficultés

Der Akku ist wie angepriesen Geliefert worden.Beim Einbau gab es auch keine Probleme.Der Akkuzustand beim ersten Einschalten nach dem Einbau war 76%.Nach dem kompletten Aufladen hat das Tablet 3 Tage gehalten.Der Leistung wird sich noch etwas steigern nach ein paar Ladungen, da zeigt sich die Qualität.Ich finde den Akku Super.Natürlich besitze ich Fachkenntnisse beim Einbau, deshalb treten hier keine Fehler wie Displayschäden oder keine Funktion des Tablets auf.

Der Einbau des Akkus war mit Videoanleitung gut umzusetzen. Das iPad ging auch an, aber das Akku ist kaputt, denn es lädt nicht auf. Somit kann ich es nicht benutzen..
