Pitentiakly good, but I'll never know...
I loaded the bore sight at home, strong laser, was easily seen across the house and good focus. I had read that loading it into a drill and spinning the drill, adjusting the sight until it stopped making circles on the wall was the way to perfectly dial the part in. Well, there is no adjustment screws, so I assumed it was on from the factory without any evidence to assume either way. Now, I got an email from the company assuring me of helpful customer service if I have questions. This alone is why I give the part the benefit of the doubt. I had already been to the range 2 times and had no luck dialing in my red dot. I went to the range today, fully confident my troubles would be solved in short order, but the midday sun made it impossible to see the laser even inches from my face, much less 25 yards. Ultimately the range matter dialed my sight in within minutes and the bore sight is tossed into a pile of other equally potential tools and parts I've bought in my ignorance of basic sight adjustments. The mounts, risers, quick connects, straps, sights and other various garbage that I could have bought another gun with the money I've wasted trying to find the perfect setup. I would not call this a waste of time, but if you aren't trying to set your sights in the dark, out at least indoor range, you may have little use for it either.

Zero
Absolute waste of time! Used it trying to save some time. I’m USMC trained and from now on I’ll Old School it. Showed to be dead on. Take it out and turn it 180 and you get a completely different sight picture. What showed to be dead on with the laser Wasn’t even on a 4x8 sheet of plywood at 100 yards.

Chines piece of junk, save your money !!
Don’t waste your money and, FYI, the ‘lifetime warranty’ is a joke and complete waste of time.First things first. My wife purchased this bore sight for me as a stocking stuffer gift at Christmas, since I had ordered a rifle that was out of stock and had to wait for it. Long story short the rifle has finally arrived, late January, and I wanted to try to sight in the firearm at home, as a baseline, and to save some time at the range.Much to my disappointment after opening the package and installing the batteries as instructed there was no beam that illuminated out the end of the cartridge. Determined to make something work I tried the remaining three batteries, as well as a configuration of three using the quantity of six available. Still no results.Out of pure frustration and silliness I shook the entire assembly a couple of times and actually got the beam to illuminate itself, although briefly and not consistently.Out of curiosity I removed the cap, but left the batteries in the cartridge. I took a Q-tip and gently pressed on the three batteries in the cartridge and lo and behold, the beam illuminated. Much to my disappointment the image projected on a white wall from approximately 8 yards was somewhat oval shaped with spots in the middle, and not round at all. This boresight is a piece of crap and a product of China’s finest workmanship. Spare yourself. Save your $12-$15 and sight your firearm in the traditional way. After all, you’ll be accomplishing nothing, other than wasting your time trying to use this product. Now to the “lifetime warranty“, or lack thereof. I contacted the company, Tacticon, Regarding the matter, since 30 days had passed, and could not get a return through Amazon, and the response to me was provide an order number, port number information, a description of the problem, as well as a video showing the issue with the product. I did not realize that exercising the lifetime warranty would enable me to practice my cinematography skills, not to mention a near impossible feat, trying to juggle a recording device, explain, demonstrate and describe what the issue is with this $12-$15 piece of crap.I’m going to cut my losses with the Tacticon product. The headache and time consumption required to get a replacement for this piece of crap is worth making a donation of the $12-$15 to this company. Hopefully I can prevent them from gaining any additional revenue from this Chinese piece of crap.

Ok
Works for short range.light itself could be brighter Zero left to right. Elevation will need to be done at a range for longer distances..but it works at 10 feet out!.DO NOT DROP IT¡!

Perfect.
Jake Dines offers a great product. Super easy to set up and use. He expedited my shipping and hand wrote me a letter thanking me for my purchase. His .223 laser boresight is accurate and reliable, and he beats the competitions price by a huge margin. Thanks again. Support a combat vet and buy from him instead of the more expensive big leaguers.
