The pads work great. If you use a cleaning product for the floors on it, then wash it right away afterward. If you let it sit, the chemicals will harden on the pads. If you properly care for it, it will last a while.

I am actually reviewing the VMAI mop. I had I’d for 8 months and now it won’t charge. The battery is not available and I can’t seem to get anyone through the company to respond and it’s too late to return it through Amazon. The customer service person through Amazon was very nice and helped me find the customer service email for the company but no one has contacted me since (4weeks ago).When it did work I really loved it and the extra pads were sturdy and good to have on hand while the other set was in the washer.

Works great cleaning the floor. I bought extra so I can have one pair washing and using another pair.

The original pads that came with the floor polisher would have been enough. We haven’t had to use the additional pads.

Great product

Never got to use it. The battery wouldn't charge. Shipment was on time but now I am waiting for the replacement. You may want to quality check items before they ship.
