After a failure of mySolo model, I purchased this model as a replacement. Although the NuHeat literature says all models use the same power module so each control module should be plug and play. That is not true. Construction differences prevent a simple operation.. Easy enough if you any electrical experience. Not so simple if you don't. NuHeat should advise the purchaser so one could prepare; like call an electrician for those not electrically inclined. Shortsighted.Product does work well after some initial learning curve as new unit has a different set-up procedure. That is not much of a challenge though.

I had an older model (installed in 2012) and this is so much easier and better to use. I am glad the old one died!

Thermostat is easy to install, easy to configure and works great!

Easy to install with YouTube instructions. Is more intuitive and very easy to use compared to the original NuHeat thermostat I was replacing.
