I love the movie but couldn’t watch it. When I ordered this movie it did not show tht I had to order a certain region. There should be a better explanation on the site of what it means by region and show you what region is yours. I now have a movie I can’t watch.

It didn't work with the multi device we had so I had to give it to a friend.

I purchased this DVD for my daughter for her birthday. When we tried to watch it the DVD was not formatted correctly and will not play. Her birthday was after the 30 day time limit of refunds. Make sure to check the DVD before your return limit.

I did not realize when I purchased this that the DVD was a Region 2 DVD. I did not know such a thing existed. I was able to return but ate $6.00 in shipping fees.
