Essential Oils For Hair Growth Manual: A Step By Step Guide For Understanding Essential Oils

I recently did "the big chop" and started wearing my natural hair, but it has been very dry with low porosity. I turned to deep conditioning which has helped a lot. I love essential oils, but wasn't quite sure how to incorporate them into my hair care regimen until I read this book. It is short and very helpful. I watched several of Mrs. Rutter's videos on YouTube and she is good at what she does with hair care. In this book, she not only talks about the oils, but she explains in detail what each one is good for, as well as defines many terms with a glossary. I also found the recipes for various hair and scalp problems, helpful as well. I will definitely be purchasing more of this lady's books and videos so that I can successfully care for my natural hair. Thank you Mrs. Rutter.

Kinda don't like the fact the author don't use essential oils in her hair.so no experience .

After reading over everything in the end the author states she never used essential oil and base oils for her own hair. She is did not write the book based off her own experience which is a bomber. But overall it gives good information but just research more on your own so and do a test patch on yourself.

I like this booklet, ordered my essential oil & will keep you posted once they arrive and try the products.
