Not worth the money
Interesting concept, but shoddy app. Sometimes it dispenses, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it records that it didn't dispense, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it records feedings, sometimes it doesn't. I have re-downloaded the app several times. The voice feature worked for a few months, but no longer does. The videoing works ok. This item is TOTALLY unreliable. I can never tell if it feeds while I'm away unless I'm actually watching it on the video. And communicating with the seller is very poor. Very slow in responding, if they respond at all. And when you spend $150, that's ridiculous.

High hopes and disappointment
It worked for maybe a month or less then couldn't get it to connect with the app and rendered it useless for the automatic feeds it was purchased for. The company that I bought it from was great in trying to help me get it to work and allowed me to send back outside the 30 day window. Thank you for that.

Not great....
It’s not great. Instructions seem easy enough but doesn’t always work when trying to log-on to the unit. Has a lot of idiosyncratic issues. The feeder is still usable but gets a little annoying. Issues such as setting the time, Am or PM, syncing the unit to the WiFi and setting the timer. Also, it should send you a notice every time it sends the food out. Not always the case.

Do not purchase this item
Terrible from the start. Never allowed me to connect wirelessly but worked as a feeder for 6 months. The feeder now will not turn to dispense food.

Terrible. and also when you waste your money in a product that does not even have a support
Terrible app, don’t let me connect to the app, think about it before you buy this product, I will return it, after trying several time does not work. Will never buy it again

TERRIBLE
I love everything about this feeder except the app is TERRIBLE! Could not connect and there is no customer support. Not even an email address. Don’t waste your money.

The app doesn't work very well. And it only allow to setting up for one pet.
But the camera is nice. The alarm is always blinking. I have no idea how to turn off with it. The app doesn’t work

This is a great product easy to use.
I give this product 5 stars. Its very easy to setup and operate.
