It works very well. It didn’t not come with everything pictured tho. It only comes with 3 extra handle grips with the stretcher and the waist belt. It’s simple to use and I can sit into the stretch for a long time.

It works, but has a tendency to not slide on the floor. I have to use socks on my feet on hardwood floor. Carpet just will not work at all.Hand bar/yoga belt were too short for me, 8 ft belt would have been better to include for us very inflexible types.Once past those issues I am getting good stretches with the machine, not sure how well overall range is, but for me its definetely pushing my stretches past where I could do it. I use a yoga belt to set the depth so it doesnt relax

The tubing is thin, light weight and yet seems very sturdy. The stretcher come assembled and ready to use. Very nice and effective. Only after a few uses I notice increased flexibility and able to kick higher.

Use every time I am on the floor or on bed. Very convenient. Did not get the extra color straps

Super inexpensive but really does the job well. Took a second to figure it out but my daughter who is super flexible loves it and it able to relax into her stretch.

I just opened the box and the item has been used. There are scratches, something sticky and red all over it that looks to be blood! Absolutely disgusting!!

I bought it for my son, he is dancer. It’s really good for beginners, who just started to stretching. But coming to maximum level you still can’t seat on split, need to figure out by yourself. Because of it 4 stars, not 5 (last inch in split harder at all.)

Very lightweight and easy to use. You can use it anywhere — on the floor or on your mattress. It has a simple design that you can use while multitasking like watching TV. It helped me stretch out my leg muscles post-workout.
