Food Matters: A Bedford Spotlight Reader

I don't understand why there are no page numbers in the digital version; Makes it very difficult to find specific pages, especially as a student using this for class.

Good book to see how food in incorporated into different lifestyles.

This is a great book it was for a class but plan on purchasing it for reference material.

Had to purchase it for school.

It's a really great book with some good articles.
