Decent, more flimsy than BackBuddy, ultimately returned
When comparing this to itself, I give it 4 stars. When compared to the back buddy that we borrowed from my mom, I rate this a 3. This does the job it sets out to do and I like the feature of it being “collapsible.” Reasons why I took two stars off is because it isn’t as thick or sturdy of plastic as the Back Buddy. That means that when you have a really deep knot and you put a pressure point on the knot, you can’t pull really hard against yourself by pulling away from your body. Hopefully that makes sense, but if you’ve used stuff like this before I think you’ll know what I’m talking about. I never really “pulled” that hard against it for fear that I would snap it, either just the plastic or at the connection point when assembling.I bought this bc I was borrowing my parent’s Back Buddy and wanted my own, but didn’t like the BB price and this version was abt half of BB. I ultimately returned this to amazon and will just have to splurge and get the name brand BB

Thanks I did receive your second massage hook, thanks. This one I have glued with Gorilla Glue to make sure it does not break like the last one did. So far so good. I can honestly say you are a company that wants your customers to have the best and I thank you, Peace

Great for my stiff back.
Very easy to assemble and works really well when my back gets stiff. I’ve tried it for headaches and it helps with neck tension. So many different ways to get at those tight back muscles.

Very disappointed!
This was very disappointing because of poor metals used to make it. When I got it I was in a lot of back pain so I didn’t use very much pressure on it. I could feel it starting to bend I backed off the pressure This is a weak design too much stress on very small parts. I will be asking for a refund. It looks like it is going to be going in the land fill. Save your money and our planet.

Worth every penny! Great buy!
It is very helpful for back knots, do it yourself massage.This, combined with a roller and a couple of lacrosse balls work wonders. Combine that with a few tennis balls in a sock and a bar to hung to and you're all set for DIY, at home remedies for back pain / muscle pain, etc. This stuff really works! Give it a chance!

Very low quality of instruction
The product is as expected, easy to mount. Unfortunately the documentation/explanation is very poor, there is just one small paper with some figures and positions to use it but not clear, not precise.For me the explanation is something very important especially for whom is starting with trigger therapy.Very low quality of instruction is my feedback.
