Love this product for its ease of use and for its effectiveness. It’s nice not having to charge it, just a quick battery change when it loses power. I use a fairly high setting on the back of my neck to help get rid of headaches and mild migraine. I don’t know how it works, it may be the placebo effect, but that in itself can be as good a pain management strategy as the next thing so I’m ok with that. Whatever the reason, it does help dissolve tension in the neck and shoulder blades, for me anyway. I know that this may not be for everybody so I would definitely recommend starting on a low setting. The lower settings are pretty mild.

This specific tool was made very cheaply. It was completely shoddy. It rattled , felt like it was going to fall apart any minute and tightening the attachment to the pen was futile. I strongly suggest you find a different tool/pen to purchase if you actually intend on Using it.

I use it almost daily & get the relief after every use.

This did help loosen stiff and sore muscles. Took a bit to find the right points and for the most part, level 5 was plenty. I could not go beyond level 7. It comes with 2 tiny containers of gel, but not enough to really do anything with so you'll need to buy gel. I'd gladly pay more for them to send this pen with a full tube of the gel because when you're already in pain, you want to get this in the mail and start using is asap and I had to buy batteries and the gel separately.

Flimsy

I get headaches often and didn’t know what to expect with this, but it was worth every penny! It’s so helpful at relieving pain and tension by my temples, my jaw, my neck, ect. The only drawback is that sometimes you can feel the Tingling impulses On your fingers/hand that’s holding the device. Depending how high you have it set, it can be uncomfortable. Thankfully, I have a special glove that’s for my curling iron that I can war to keep those impulses from my hand and only on the area I want them.

I’m sure it was user error in not knowing which specific spots to use the pen at but it hurt when I did! The pain made me not want to try it again.

My husband has an eye twitch that is most days 24/7/365 a year. He use to get Botox to help it stop. It would move to another muscle and nerve. Well, I got this today. He's used it twice and understands how to apply the gel and put it on his face first, then turn it on. He slowly builds up the level. Both times help stop the twitch. I hope over time, it will help him completely and no longer a twitch. He developed the twitch when our 27 year old son died. I used it on my hands because I have arthritis and pain from the evil curse. It helped in my thumb area. I used it on my arms for the carpel tunnel. I could feel a difference. I used it on my temple when I was getting a headache and my neck to. It helped release my headache. It is good. I am hoping that it will help me with my painful Fibromyalgia.

Está perfecto fácil de usar aunque todavía no lo he probado viene todo igual que en el anuncio lo que no me ha gustado es que vienen dos cajitas supuestamente con gel pero vienen vacías

When it works it is amazing but it does after a while stop working. Once it's had time to cool it picks back up again, I would still recommend this

I think for the price this is an excellent product. I did have a problem as there was a missing piece, but the seller responded quickly and replaced it for me. Well done for the excellent customer service
