After all the waiting and the expense of purchasing this plastic playground, i was shocked when I received the package it was missing the long slide, swing seat, swing upper beam, swing seat, swing handle, basketball hoop, ladder board! I just received bunch of useless plastics for 200+! I know that Amazon would help but it would be forever to get my money back or the missing pieces! Never by this thing Ever ever ever!

My baby loves it. He is 19mons . It’s pretty fun.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I read the reviews prior to buying, some said it didn’t come with the parts while quite a few loved it. I just got it in today for my sons birthday. It’s missing the blue pieces that hold it together as well as the back of the basket ball goal. If I could give this zero stars I would.

The shipment I received had missing pieces and no assembly instructions. I paid over $200 for a worthless piece of junk!

Took a bit to assemble, the instructions are not clear (think ikea). The ball pump didn't work at all. We have an air pump so no big deal, there. One use in the swing and the t-bar snapped in half. 2yo leaned forward to swing and fell right out. It does seem relatively sturdy on the slide portion, but i worry about the little seat area behind the basketball hoop. Not sure it can take the weight of a baby, if the swing broke so easily. Keeping it, because honestly it shipped in 2 huge boxes and i don't have the energy for a return. I am getting a more sturdy swing though.Also not sure if it was supposed to come with stakes but it has holes in the base for some and didn't come with any. Adding that to my purchases, too.Since i had to buy stakes and a better swing, may as well have spent more on a better brand in the first place.

Nothing like being disappointed and frustrated instead of happy and satisfied. It appears whoever "designed" this product, failed to compensate for some basic measurements. The nut between the base of the swing and the soccer goal prevents the goal from laying flat. The blank screw used in the top right of the soccer goal hangs out extra far and the bolt used for the basketball hoop above the soccer goal is too short, making it hard to piece together in a secure manner. Now I am in a position to either return this and disappoint a house full of kids or be stuck with some overpriced garbage that wont last a year. Learn from my mistake and buy name brand made in USA if possible

Very nice and sturdy all the parts fit well together.My daughter loves it.Great value, money well spent,easy to assemble.It comes in 2 separate packages,I received both packages 2 days apart,so don’t freak out.

The product itself is great. It arrived in pretty bad shape and customer service was amazing. After all was said and done the kids are able to enjoy this cute set. It does not take up too much space perfect for 1-6 yr old.
