I'm Keto and I get dehydrated easily and will have horrible symptoms of dehydration. A lot of people complain about how this tastes bad. I agree it is not the best taste, BUT not as bad as people complain. Does anyone think saltwater tastes good to drink? I don't think so! Well, that's what electrolyte drinks pretty much are. This is meant to correct imbalances in your body not to be a treat. If you are that finicky mix it with something you like, I mix with my morning coffee and some in my water throughout the day. The easiest way to get your electrolytes is from liquid! If you are trying to stay hydrated and require electrolytes this is great. I also love that it came with a travel-size bottle!!(Note: the K-cup beside the product is just for size reference.)Do I recommend this? Absolutely!

Have noticed a difference in how I feel physically since starting this product. I decided to eat low-carb this year (not strict keto). Never got keto flu but after several months low carb starting having some electrolyte imbalance symptoms with more headaches, muscle weakness, irritability. Someone suggested an electrolyte replacement. Did my research and this product seemed to be the best value for the price. I was worried about a salty taste that others mentioned but to be honest, I don't notice any taste difference in my drinks. I use it daily in my ice coffee (about 1-1/2 teaspoons). Doesn't change the flavor at all, in fact it might actually enhance the flavor. Most importantly I feel better since using this.

This is my current Subscribe and Save electrolyte solution. I used to use Elite, but I couldn't find it anymore so I switched to this. It has a slight citrus flavor that I like due to the citric acid. The mineral profile is pretty good and keeps me from cramping up. The price is good.I'm happy to keep it in my S 'N S for now unless I happen to find anything else that looks interesting for the same or cheaper price.

My first bottle leaked into the box, they promptly replaced it, this one was packaged properly. I was having terrible leg cramps at night, since I started using this product, I do not and have not had any leg cramps, how relieving that it. I fill the small bottle and use it to put three squirts into a few ounces of water, I shoot it down every morning, it has a strong salty taste but beats the night cramps, jumping up drinking pickle juice in the middle of the night. I will continue with this product to get my electrolytes in.

I really need something with flavor. I drink water, not juice or anything. As soon as I added this to my water bottle it was noticeable. I tried in a smoothie but I could still taste the salt. I’m not sure what to add it to to mask that flavor. If you have a sensitive palette this may not be for you.

I've been experimenting with my diet for a while since discovering how much of a difference it makes both mentally and physically. I didn't have luck with Keto the first time around, but my friend explained that I might have been lacking enough essential nutrients. He suggested Keto Lyte, and it made an immediate difference on day 1. I had more energy and felt better overall, probably because I was experiencing an electrolyte imbalance and/or mild dehydration. Glad to find a product that works!

I'm accustomed to various electrolyte products. I have never found one that makes my water taste "old", if that's possible. I actually had to dump my water...could not get past the taste. Maybe it won't alter the taste of soda, etc. But, that's not how I intended to use it. Even though it was less expensive than others I've tried, I feel I got ZERO value for my money...I would give negative stars if I could.

don't bother with getting the little bottle and paying more. You can't get the lid off the little bottle. It is designed very poorly
