McDavid Adult 4-Way Elastic Shoulder Wrap

Great product, has helped my shoulder a lot. Also a good company to deal with

fits well on shoulder and bicep, plus the material is a much welcome change from neoprene which can cause excessive sweating. but i can only give 3 stars because the strap that goes around the chest and back is way too thin and flimsy. the strap constantly gets rolled/twisted up because it is so thin and becomes very uncomfortable and difficult to adjust. the strap needs to be wider to solve the problem, or possibly have some sort of plastic or other firm material attached to/inside it to act as a spine so that it doesn't roll up and get twisted under the arm.

The plastic for the straps tend to get bothersome. A neoprene underlying the plastic should significantly help.

Doesn’t fix things but helps. After a few hours the strap gets harder to ignore but not unbearable seems to be holding up well

Did nothing for me. Not a knock on the McDavid or the product just did not provide any benefit for me like there other products have. The are other cheaper options on Amazon but this item has free returns and McDavid is a known brand that provides good quality.

I had to get a brace for my shoulder and my orthopaedic surgeons office only gave me a crappy and uncomfortable one, asked the surgeon what brand he recommends and works best and he said the McDavid brace is what I really need and insurance won't cover that. So once home I came on and found the exact brace he told me he'd prefer I wore as I would get more therapudic use from it, plus it would help further injury and help healing times with the increased support than the cheap ones insurance covers. I love it and wear this about 17hrs in a 24hr period and haven't had any problems with sweating or overheating. It comfortable and compresses in the needed spots and is supportive were required and makes a difference on being able to use my right arm again a bit more from no use at all.It's a must buy!

Hold everything in place which reduces the aches and pains. Next step, to the surgeon.

Purchased for my grand daughter and she says it really works great. Her shoulder has popped out ofsocket numerous times due to being knocked out originally when she was involved in an automobile accicent.Since she started using this shoulder brace, her shoulder hasn't popped out. She's been using it for about3 months now.

i don't think anyone at McDavid design team owns the skin covering their bodies but if they do they definitely think their customers don't. The strap is made from such a coarse fabric that just trying it on gave me a rash, I can't imagine wearing it for a workout where it would be actively rubbing my skin. I think I would require a skin graft after that.
