I like this thing and use it on my skin to improve circulation. I had a sore lower back which seem to come out of nowhere. I read around and found that 15 mins using a cold pack and fifteen mins. using a heat pack twice a day works wonders. I have a cold pack I saved when I ordered something once that needed to be kept cold during shipping. I'm glad I kept them because they do make great ice packs and I just leave them in the freezer. I ordered the holder for the bulb that comes with clamps and just clamp it to the back of a chair instead of a heating pad. No switch but I have an extra TP-Link that I use to turn it off and on with Alexa.The cold and hot treatments worked wonders and after about two weeks the pain is gone. I still use the heat lamp from time to time as they say it's good in general for your circulation.

Keeps my bathroom warm in the winter for a fraction of what a heater would cost.

I was hoping these were going to be more red, instead my chickens are up all night instead.of sleeping.

First bulb burnt out after a week, 35 hours later there was a brand new one at my front door. Excellent customer service. Very happy!!

Love the warmth these lamps give a room. Have them in a small bathroom with high ceilings for warmth.

We put this heat lamp in the bathroom for those nights when the heat isn't coming up; and I feel like taking a shower. Works great, make me and the room warm and cozy. Felt so good I startedusing this lamp for heating our newborn puppies. It was great because the red glow did not keep them awake, like a standard light would have. This definitely produces heat and does such a good job that we stopped using our space heater.

The first one I had lasted 30 seconds and blew so I had a replacement ordered and Amazon done a wonderful job with replacing it, no issues there, but after only 1 day's use with over 150 new baby chickens, turkey, duck, & quail my cat woke me up pecking my face with his paw in the middle of the night and I noticed a really bad gross "toxicy" smell and this bulb had gotten so hot it melted my water bottle inside the cage and had caught the hair of a sleeping newborn chick on fire before I unplugged it and the cord was starting to melt at the base.I have never seen anything like it in my life! I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it myself. I can't prove it killed that chick but it did catch it's hair on fire. If it weren't such a gross sight I would post pics of this poor chick. Now here I sit in chilly weather with over 150 day-old chicks and no bulb & no waterer. If my cat hadn't woke me up I don't know what might have happened.I am utterly disgusted with this bulb- DO NOT BUY!!! Ordering another whole new set of another brand now including light unit, 2 bulbs, waterer/feeder because this bulb ruined everything. The one time I buy something without reading the reviews first because I ordered on my phone instead of my PC and I nearly paid for it dearly.
