Smith & Nephew Skin PREP Protective Wipes (Box of 50) (Pack of 3 Boxes)

A friend recommended these. My poor feet work so hard for me, and I'm delighted to be able to prevent blisters by using blister gels. But I could never get the gels to stay in place properly and they'd come off inside my socks, sometimes before the end of a hike, making my foot problems even worse. The skin prep pads really work! Just wipe them on your clean, dry, hotspot, and let the residue dry completely. Then put on your blister gel, press it firmly in place, and hike on! I have not had a serious blister since I started using these miracle pads.

Used to prep the skin before applying a grip lock adhesive device for securing feeding tubes. The grip lock stays on longer after using 1 pad.

Maybe it's just sucky adhesives on the 'stock' CGM overpatches, It seems OK with the 'aftermarket' "Skin Grip" overpatches though...

I wasn't sure how well these would work because they are so affordable. I use a CGM I always had a problem pulling off the CGM when I bumped into something. This stuff allows for great adhesion and doesn't leave a residue.

We have been using these wipes for 3 years with no problem.

Works very well - better than other brands

These wipes are great if you're working with someone with sensitive skin. When changing dressings, the area around the wound, incision, etc, does not need to be inflamed or irritated by the adhesive tape. Applying a coat of skin prep to the areas where the tape will be applied, reduces the irritation around the site. These wipes also make removal of the tape a bit easier without leaving adhesive residue on the skin.

Needed for dialysis to keep the tape from irritating my skin. The brand is one of the best out there.

Product actually does what it says. Preps the skin so adhesive patches are less irritant to the skin. Amazing product to have to apply Free Style libre sensors.

After trying different wipes, sprays, adhesives, etc. I find these wipes work the best. I have minimal / no rash after pod / sensor removal. I even find these work better than 3M's skin barrier products. Do not hesitate to try if you have sensitive skin!

Product came fast. As a nurse i use this to get sticky tape off skin. Mybhisvsnd had surgery and of course had so much residue from tape. These pads take it off easy. Also if you have stubborn price tags stickers on vase or anything it takes them off and the glue behind it.

I use it before I put on my omnipod insulin pump and also with my dexcom 6 and it helps it stay on the whole time, even a little longer. It's definitely worth the buy and the price is better compared to other websites I've bought it from in the past.

This is the exact item I was looking for. It is easily applied and works.The only problem was that there is a variety of different prices and shipping charges. Be careful before you order.
