Does not seem sturdy for tvs that approach the stated weight. Check ALL nuts too!!!
This was the first cheap tv mount I’ve ever installed. It was easy to put up; just take out of the box, attach rails to tv, attach mount to wall (level, mark holes, drill pilot and screw lag bolts. It’s definitely a thinner gauge metal than normal priced mounts but seems sturdy for a lightweight tv. I have it on a tv that is in the upper 30 percent of weight for this mount and it seems iffy (Sony Bravia that is within the stated capacity of this product). I definitely won’t be moving the tv around a lot. It just feels like it wouldn’t be able to hold the weight that it says it could. Also safety issue: the four nuts that hold the bolts that hold the articulating portion of the mount to the wall rails were all very loose when I received the mount. Perhaps they loosened while shipping? Be sure that you check this and all nuts on the mount since if you installed it as is and started moving the tv around, it would come apart and fall if you weren’t watching this.Overall a decent mount for a tv much lighter than it says it can hold. I’ll keep this mount and use it elsewhere for a lighter, smaller tv and when the normal mounts sold at a Washington based members wholesale go on manufacturers sudden rebate I’ll get one of those for this application.

Super easy and yet sturdy TV Mount
I did a lot of searching before deciding on purchasing this TV mount, I knew my wall didn't have studs directly where I wanted the TV so had already put up a wooden panel that would spread the load and ordered the TV bracket. It came perfectly packed with all the screws, washers and spacers all separated in sealed sections which i think is a perfect. I didn't have to worry about seperating all the screws and working out what was what! The bracket was light by very sturdy, I love you can fix the main unit to the wall and the bracket to the TV then hook it on, its a one person job (my tv is small in comparison to most now at 50") but once the bracket was on the wall (included in the packet was a spirit level which was a nice touch!) I just hooked the TV on and tighten the two screws and it was done, from opening the packet to watching TV took me all of 20 mins. Very happy and love how i can angle it to whatever I need when watching. It sits very flush against the wall when not in use. Overall very happy and impressed considering the price its a quality piece of kit.

Exactly as described
Best bang for your buck , great product , and comes with everything you need besides the drill bits to put the anchors. I would definitely buy again.

Not for the beginner handyman!!
Definitely not a 15 minute install. Instructions are not very helpful. For example, they don't show you the right side up or down to install the mounting brackets onto your tv. You'll eventually figure that out. You'll also need to figure out the appropriate rubber spacers that you'll need to use on the mounting brackets to your tv. My samsung took different spacers on the upper and lower mounting holes to work properly. Kinda like a puzzle. However there were enough spacers to do it right. Also would be very helpful to have a second person to help with putting the tv on the actual wall mount,so that you can tighten the set screws properly. And that is important. Otherwise boom boom down goes the tv. Overall took me around one hour by myself. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, so it might would take other folks alot longer. But it is still a very nice wall mount for your tv.

Worked fine, but the securing screws are a little odd
Edited Review:Initially I said this product didn't work for normal 16 inch studs. I ended up using an Awl instead of just a stud finder and my studs are not perfectly spaced so I was wrong it will work on 16 inch studs. I did manage to use the mount in the desired location though and it seems perfectly fine for the price. I really only have two minor issues, the mounting bracket should be an inch wider. They have two holes you can mount the lag bolts through, but the inner one is essentially useless unless you have a squared out frame in your studs. Pushing it out an inch would make this so much more useful in my opinion. The second is the screws used to actually lock the TV onto the wall mount. They are just simple screws that you tighten until they sit behind the mounted bracket on the TV preventing it from coming off. It's a simple solution that works but I would have preferred a method that was a little more robust. The tilt lock settings are great though I will say that. Any fine tune adjusting you need to make to the TV after mounting it to the wall are just loosened and tightened with a socket wrench. I have a much more expensive mount on another TV that uses these odd tension plates similar to brakes on a car. They never work perfectly, this bolt and nut method works perfect. Overall it's not the fanciest mount I've ever used but the price definitely reflects that and I have no major complaints.

The BEST TV Mount out there. Why spend $100+ On Lower Quality??
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Why would you ever spend $100+ for a TV mount when this is available for purchase?? A near PERFECT TV mount!I’m using this with a 50” Samsung TV and am so impressed right away with it. The sturdiness is unparalleled if installed right as I was able to hang off of it with all my body weight (which is a lot haha) no problem at all!!The range of motion is superior as I can turn it to the left and down when I’m at my desk, more straight on and leveled in bed or anywhere it needs to be!It’s very easy to install with the proper tool (comes with all the necessary screws and such as well as a nice magnetic level). Took me about 40 minutes in all and I’m not that handy!Very impressed with this product and easily the best value for money there is when it comes to TV wall mount! Would get this again if need be!

This is a sturdy TV mount and easy to install but then again that's arbitrary.
Plenty of options of holes to secure to the wallOnly one small issue when trying to adjust the angle or how far you want the scream from the wall you have to actually pull the screen or push risking damaging the back panel of your TV. I wish they had put some kind of a lever or something where I can move the articulated part of the mount without having to pull it from my TV.

These are absolutely amazing!
These are absolutely amazing. This is my fifth one. It feels like it can hold fifty billion pounds. Sturdy as a rhino and easy to install and to mount the tv. My small gripe is that there are no options for drywall anchoring which would be nice.
