I had an issue with my Ultimate Sack 6000, so I emailed Customer Service on Friday, 4/7, and within hours Janine responded with apologies and an offer to replace the Sack. Since it was Easter weekend, I thought the replacement would take a while, but Monday morning I was advised the new Sack would be delivered that day. An hour later FedEx delivered the replacement. I can't say enough about the incredible customer service Ultimate Sacks provides. It is very obvious they truly care about the customer being 100% satisfied and they will go above and beyond to fix any issues. I'm extremely appreciative and I HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Sacks. (End of Edit).First let me say, my Ultimate Sack arrived 3 days earlier than scheduled, major bonus.I turned my office into a reading nook and, after researching many bean bag options for cozy seating, I landed on an Ultimate Sack 6000. I've had it set up for about 5 hours and I have zero regrets.After watching videos about the set up, it was easy peasy, no mess, no fuss, 10 minutes and done, (minus fluffing and rolling). A lot of low star reviews say it's not very full, they sink to the floor, or it's flat and nothing like the pictures - this is the complete opposite of my experience, even after only 5 hours. It takes time and effort to work the memory foam. Flip the sack, fluff it, turn it upside down then upright again and it will look and feel enormously full. I even rotate it so I don't sit on the same side every time. Plus, my 50 yo butt had no issues getting out of the sack, which was a small concern I had.Yes, the Ultimate Sack takes a tiny bit of work to keep it comfy, but anything worth enjoying usually does.I HIGHLY recommend the Ultimate Sack 6000 and ottoman. In the few hours I've had it set up, I'm enormously pleased with my purchase. It is well made, the cover is very soft and it truly feels like I'm sitting on a cloud.Delivery is fast, set up is easy, and the minimal work it takes to keep it comfortable is beyond worth it.Buy it!!!!

I love my Ultimate Sack 6000! It is bigger than I thought it would be. It definitely fits two people comfortably. The bean bag is wide and comfortable, and the cover is very soft. It was easy to set up and manipulate. The cover fits perfectly around the foam filled core. It expanded even more after a few days. I flip it upside down from time to time to make it fluffy after use. It is in my extra bedroom.

I got the 6ft one and omg it’s amazing. i don’t get why people complain that “it’s not stiff enough” why would you want it to be stiff?? you sink right in and its super comfy. just the right amount of filling.

We purchased the Ultimate Sack 6000 and the corner sack for our living room. We love the change from traditional furniture. Arrived earlier than expected, bonus! The 6000 filled right out. Looks amazing and is VERY comfortable. Really like the idea of the corner shape, but it has not filled out and is not as comfy as the 6000. It looks flat and sad sitting next to the 6000.

It is so comfy, and I love that the cover can be washed, but we’ve had it about a month and it just stinks. Smells like farts. I’ve washed the cover twice in heavy fabric freshener. I’ve opened it up to let it air out for a solid day. I’ve sprayed the foam directly with fabreeze, perfume, and room spray. I’ve filled several small mesh bags with scented fabric pellets and put them in with the foam. Nothing works. Every time someone sits in it a cloud of fart smell erupts from it.. and I know what you’re thinking, maybe we fart in it too much.. I do have kids and lord knows they’re gross.. but there’s no way they fart more into this chair than they do any of the other furniture.. and yet only this chair stinks. It’s such a bummer. I’m constantly spraying it with some stink-busting spray to no avail…

I was in the market for a bean bag chair because I wanted something I could lay in sit in relax and watch TV in. I have a spare room upstairs and it has my desk and some gym equipment and my art supplies upstairs so I also wanted a place I could sit and relax up there too. I had read several reviews about beanbag chairs that don't give much support or you sink all the way to the ground but that's not the case with the ultimate Sack! I am a good sized lady I'm 5' 9 200 pounds and I do not sink to the ground it supports me great! I watched a couple of hours of TV sitting in it last night and it was very comfortable I almost fell asleep in it actually. Highly recommend

Suede material is so soft yet feels durable. it's super comfy and rebounds quickly. I had to get the 4ft because my bedroom is small, but it's plenty big enough and I'm 5'6". I'll definitely buy a larger one for the living room. Shipping was also fast.
