Landau has always been my go to brand because you can't go wrong. I know my size so can't give a great true to size but top quality and long lasting color.

Had free scrubs from the days of med school, then one day ink exploded all over my batch of scrubs after laundry because I left a pen in my pocket. Tired of scrub machines and only being able to take out two at a time, I forked over some cash for these. All be it not free, they are very nice. I am tall and have a skinny waist, so for me to get a 36 inch inseam on regular OR scrubs I would have to get an XXL; aka look really ghetto/obese pajamas with bagginess every. These tall sizes are great. LT worked perfectly for me. Great fabric poly/cotton blend, won't wrinkle after washing. They even have a zipper fly, great for the loo. Free is great, but when you use something daily a small upgrade can go a long way.

Landau makes the longest lasting scrubs on the market. Good overall fit.

I come in at 6' 3.5" and I have quite the time finding clothes and much less, scrubs, that fit me. I decided to try these out for clinicals, and they fit perfectly. There is plenty of waistline clearance, and the shoulders fit nicely. I would recommend these to any guys currently frustrated with boxy large scrub tops or short mediums.
