I love to make noodles with zucchini. However, if the size of the zucchini is not right, then you might have a hard time creating noodles. A medium size will be perfect. I do not recommend large zucchini like some of the people review said. Medium works the best for me. Other than that, it's a good product and it works.

I bought this to make 'noodles' since I had many zucchini. Alas, it really only worked with very small squash. My advice is to buy one that can accommodate larger vegetables. It was a nice idea. The low price, I'm not really sorry I bought it, but I don't recommend it.

This gadget is awesome. My sister saw me making zucchini noodles and decided she had to have one too. You can cut the slices (noodles) thinner or thicker depending on which end you use. This spiralizer is very Easy to clean. Plus this set came with a cloth storage bag a ceramic knife and peeler. This was an exceptional value!! I definately recommend !!!

This thing is ok but what I'm most impressed with is the little plastic knife they sent along with it.UPDATE: One year later, i've used this spiralizer maybe 4 or 5 times. The ceramic knife? I'm back on amazon to buy another one lol. Someone threw it away thinking it was a cheap plastic knife and I'm devastated. That little knife rocked.

I guess it is certain vegetables and the correct shape to work, glad I didn't spend more- just more for the junk drawer, I am returning this, I haven't the strength in my hands to operate. I didn't realize how difficult it would be to operate, I couldn't get it to work, guess it's me. Amazon is great, I'll print a label and send it back, no more room in drawer for items I can't use.

These actually work much better than expected, as long as you're using larger veggies. Not very useful for super skinny carrots for instance.

too many times stuff just comes out as a sheet with grooves in it, not individual "noodles". bonus, its sharp, my finger is proof of that.

this is a great little tool. This is really easy to use. I gave one to my daughter who is dieting and she loves the vegetable "pasta". The knife and peeler are an added bonus. Very sharp. Love it
