This set is wonderful! My autistic son is learning so much vocabulary from this, including general color and "game playing" vocabulary and etiquette. His excellent talented and dedicated speech therapist introduced us to it and I am so happy that Super Duper Inc has invented this game! The only thing it needs are picture cards explaining "Who talks about a person" with pictures of woman, man, girl and boy; What talks about a thing with pictures of some things; etc. to introduce the concepts. You can draw these or make a collage yourself though.

Great SLP tool and reinforcer
I have this product at work. It has a series of picture scenes that you ask students questions about. They have who, what, where, when and why questions for eacy picture (about 15 of each question type). Plus it has additional worksheets. The concept of the game is you ask a question and then help the students get to the right answer. Then after they answered the question correctly they roll the dice (1-3) to see how many chips they get to put on. It is a great way to provide feedback and reinforcement without making the competition based on how many the student got right. The students then clean up their chips with a magnetic wand. This is often their favorite part. I would purchase an additional wand so multiple kids can clean up/play at the same time. I use it as a reinforcer to practice other skills as well---sight words, math facts, articulation etc.

Boring for Kids- I asked them
I have used this kit with over 20 of my patients and none of them were impressed. The only thing that the kiddos liked was the magnets; however, for $100+ you are better off buying Articulation Station on the Ipad. This kit is so bulky and NONE of my children every wanted to use this.I think people that will really appreciate this are those in a school-setting because it offers multiple worksheets to address different goals (ideal for group setting). My target audience it 5 & under- they require more gross-motor movement to engage.
