Great for meals during a long shift. Plenty of space.

First off, no I have not purchased this product but was interested in seeing why it only received 1 star. The buyer shows a photo of a statement where you receive 5 ice packs and claims they only received 2 and demands the other 3 that were not provided. So I looked at the information. First off, the buyer purchased the smaller bag for 3 meals, not the larger one for 5. It clearly states in the description that the 3 meal container ONLY COMES WITH 2 ice packs. So the buyer complains and clearly states on his headline FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Thus slandering the company and most likely loosing customers who would have purchased this item if not for the absolutely false review written by someone who did NOT read the entire product description. Might I suggest in the future, previous reviewer, read the advertisement completely. Especially when a product comes in various sizes. You have caused harm to this company and I for one have no issue on calling you out for what can only be a complete lie upon your part. No, I have never had any association with this company. I just do not like it when people ( yes you, previous reviewer ) do not read a description completely and then post a whiny, poor me, see how the big bad company took advantage me type of post. LEARN TO READ. Thank you.

States it includes 5 ice packs, I received two and would like the other three that it states are included

Always a good meal prep bag....just one dislike....insulation tears on side compartments.
