Easy to install, and came with the necessary tools (various small screw drivers). I've had the battery for a little over a month, and it has been taking a charge and working well. Hopefully it will last.

Very easy to install. Comes with a set of screwdrivers which is very convenient in case you are travelling. The battery, just installed, is good for about 4 to 5 hours with 100% charge.

Was able to follow instructions on YouTube to replace. No instructions were included. Not the easiest task for someone who is use to pulling off the old battery and sliding in a new one. Had some additional technical issues once the battery was installed.

i'm not tech savvy or a mechanic. but I was able to remove the backing and old battery from my computer and install the new battery and place backing on in less than ten minutes with the information provided.

Had to return two batteries. Both caused my Dell computer to become unstable. The first battery caused the computer to enter diagnostics mode and would not permit a boot. The second replacement battery initially permitted boot up but caused the computer to become unstable with frequent shutdowns that caused the computer to enter diagnostic mode after each shutdown. Replacing OEM battery cured the problems so I attribute the issues to problems with the batteries.

Second battery worked fine. Had technical issue with first, but seller issued fast replacement with no problem. Sometimes laptops don't like aftermarket batteries, but this one worked in a Dell Inspiron 13-7378 without any BIOS errors.

Let it charged for a few hours. First time it lasted 2.5 hours. Second time 1 hour. Third time 0% and doesn't hold any charge. My original battery is fat and only holds a charge for 20mins but its better than this pos I recently installed in my laptop. Thanks for the dud 😏

After a full charge the battery promised about 3 1/2 hours of computer use. Promising, I thought. Right now I have been on the battery, with the charger unplugged, for over 2 hours and it still says it will last another 2 hours. Cant expect more. Excellent product! Will buy from this manufacturer again with confidence.

The quality of the battery is not bad nor very good. It holds an approximately 4-hour charge during laptop working.

This battery did the trick. Came at 1/2 charge. Charged to full capacity and then unplugged. I was on the computer for almost 5 hours and was still at 35 percent. Awesome. Thank you.

Avoid to buy to this vendor. baterry didnt work and I never received an aswer to this issue.
