Knee brace works fine while walking around. You have to find the adjustment that works best for you in regards to having it slide when you are running or bending your knee. I have found that if I am going to be running, you will need to place it tighter which can lead to cramping. While just walking or standing for a long period of time, it seems to work really well. I gave it 4 stars because when it works, it provides great knee stability, the problem is taking a long time to find the right placement for you.

My friend suggested I buy a kneepad and try it on when I play. I have been using this kneecap for half a month, and it feels very good. After the exercise, my right knee doesn't feel uncomfortable. I'm thinking about buying one for my left knee to prevent similar problems.

I bought this to help me during a trip to Disneyworld. It was completely worthless. The bottom strap held fine but the top one despite how tight I made it, kept slipping down. I did not get the results I was anticipating. Very disappointed.

I go to the gym to run and ride a dynamic bicycle almost every day. I've used a lot of kneepads, but this patellar knee strap is the one I think works best. It fits my knee so well that I don't feel my knee injured or uncomfortable after exercising. It's really good for my knee. I like it very much.
