Literally, the best pans on the market.
I had read so many reviews before deciding to purchase, and I came to one conclusion from so many people writing bad reviews — you all don’t know how to cook! I have cooked fish, seared a steak, cooked scrambled eggs with cheese, poached an egg, fried bacon, made a bourbon reduction sauce with molasses and the consistent result from all these — everything was cooked to perfection and literally slid right out of the pan.I wanted to try these particular pans because for so long I’ve used Lodge cast iron pans. Don’t get me wrong my cast iron pans are amazing but the constant maintenance can be exhausting. The Hexclad pan is being promoted as a hybrid of stainless steel, the durability of cast iron, and completely non-stick. They didn’t disappoint. Plus they’re so much lighter than my cast iron skillets and cleanups are a breeze.Let me give anyone who reads this a few tips:#1 Follow the directions given in the package.#2 Please, put a buffer between what you’re cooking and the pan. I use beef tallow, lard, or ghee. And please whatever you do, stay away from seed oils. Not only are they extremely unhealthy for you but their high heat points can’t cut it like natural fats.#3 Cook on low to medium heat. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll be surprised at how well these pans heat up.#4 When using any stainless steel utensils, don’t dig into the pan or use a fork with the tines down scraping the bottom, or doing the same thing with a knife, or ….. you get the point. See what I did there? Point? And lastly #5 …… refer back to #2 and you won’t go wrong. Watching some of the videos where someone is cooking scrambled eggs without a buffer — what did you think was going to happen!? SMHHappy cooking!Update: I have used this pan for just about everything and I absolutely love it. It has literally became my favorite pan. Cooking is fun once again and the food tastes better. The ergonomics of the pan handle helps as it stays cool. But don’t put your pan in the oven at 500° and then grab it by the handle because your’re itching for a burn you don’t want. This pan is a little heavier than what most of you are use to with your Teflon pans; that’s because they’re made from quality materials. I am disappointed they’re made in China, but they are designed and planned here in the US.So the reason for writing this update is, and as I stated earlier, I really love this pan. So much so I purchased the complete set. Everyone has their own set of pans they love, and all I’m doing is giving you my two cents worth. As of right now 11.21.2024, Hexclad has their Black Friday sale. Check them out as you won’t be disappointed.Happy cooking!

Excellent fry pan
It beat my expectations! It cooks evenly, nothing sticks and is a breeze to clean. I wish I had one of these years ago instead of those fry pans that scratch and have to be replaced every few years. The 12 inch size is perfect. It is well worth the price!

Gordon Ramsay Would Approve — Fancy Pan, Fancy Eggs
I was totally on the fence about buying this pan — until I read a review that basically said, "Most people don't know how to cook. Cook low and slow, folks." And honestly? That hit me right in the soul because I make eggs almost every day, and if there’s one thing Gordon Ramsay’s taught me, it’s low heat is king. So, I caved. I got myself one of these fancy-pants pans, and let me tell you — I am obsessed. The heat distribution? Perfect. The clean-up? A breeze. The overall cooking experience? I now feel like I’m hosting my own cooking show.My only regret? Not splurging on a bigger one while I was at it. But hey — one step closer to fancy-pants chef status, right? If my budget ever allows, you better believe I’m getting the bigger size. In the meantime, this little pan of mine is basically my new kitchen bestie. 10/10, would recommend.

Hexclad non-stick pan.
Best no-stick pan I have ever used, and I started cook I for myself in the 1970s. Will see if the pan holds up to use over time. A highly recommended replacement for any other non-stick coated pans.

Worth the money
Works very well with canola oil, not so much olive oil in my experience. It heats up well, I’ve had it for about 3-4 months with no warping. It feels high quality, but it will stick with olive oil in my experience but not so much with canola oil. It will occasionally get some buildup but I typically use baking soda and vinegar in it and let it sit for about an hour and use I bristle brush to clean it. I also use a metal spatula and it has had no issues handling it. The weight feels good and the coating has lasted so far. Overall a good pan.

Wow, cook's dream skillet
I've been cooking for more years than I care to admit and this is, without a doubt, the finest skillet I've ever had the pleasure of using. It was pricey but now that I've used it for a while I'll tell you it was worth every penny. It doesn't scratch up like other non-stick pans and they say you can use metal utensils (I still don't). It cleans very easily and maintains an even temperature for great results. Highly recommend.

The best pan I have ever owned
This is legitimately the best pan I have ever owned. It is beautiful, I keep it on the stove top and make everything in it from morning eggs to steak, cutlets vegetable and stews at dinner. I love the large size and the dome lid. Completely and truly non stick. I appreciate the two handles as opposed to one long handle. It is easier and more secure to lift. Not nearly as heavy as ceramic cast iron

It feels solid and well made
I recently purchased this Non-Stick Frying Pan, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! It has completely changed my cooking experience for the better. The non-stick coating is amazing. I’ve used it for everything from eggs to pancakes to sautéing vegetables, and food just slides right off with minimal oil or butter. It’s incredibly easy to clean afterward—just a quick rinse and a wipe, and it’s spotless. No more scrubbing or soaking pans to get rid of stubborn food residue. The heat distribution is also excellent. It heats up quickly and evenly, so I don’t have to worry about hot spots that can burn food. I’ve been able to cook everything to perfection, with no uneven browning or sticking. The pan’s durability is impressive too; it feels solid and well-made, and I’m confident it will last for a long time without losing its non-stick properties.
