Product has some weight to it, so it seems to be of high quality material, other then that its a waste of money!When attempting to use it doesn’t work, The inner nozzle doesn’t rotate and has no water pressure but as air pressure, causing water/cleaning fluid to just trickle out! Worst of all design of it has 2 rubber pen hole size air vents, which unexpectedly blow out releasing a lighter flint size rubber pellet. With no available replacement provided unless ordered, No troubleshooting info provided, after searching online the info provided, has inner nozzle hose being thick rubber like tubing, when actually its a thin tiny hard plastic tube, 100% NOT WORTH PRICE PAID!

Unit worked very well and took a milk stain out of the ceiling of my vehicle. How’s that happen you ask? Well it was leaning against the door on the floor of the rear seat. Opened the door, and it hit the ground and shot back into my pick up all over!

Bought the item used. An easy to market idea. The idea of compressed air dislodging dirt is sexy. Give you the impression that you’ll get work done quickly.Here’s the harsh truth. On a job, time is money.I use tornado air tools to dislodge and commercial vacuums to suck. This “combo” looks like it would be a time saver..... sadly, no. Could I have a damaged unit? Perhaps, but doubtful. Do I expect the originator of this tool to engage in conversation and attempt to upgrade my 1 star to 5 stars by convince me that their product deserves a better rating by providing me a new unit so I can reassess my opinion? We will see.My background: Routinely booked every Saturday for months, I provide value that people can’t enough of. Having retired Navy, serving on submarines, we spend hundred of hours cleaning due to small spaces. So, I gained my love of cleaning as it was a critical element of life.Separately I’m pursuing an engineering degree to gain professional expertise in corrosion and preservation. Their really are no exceptions to this.

As a professional detailer I expect my tools to perform. Super disappointed in the way this tool operated. Buy a Tornardor.
