SpeedoAqua Quest Swim Mask, Snorkel & Fins Set

If you have a young child in your life that sees a set of these things in a retail sporting goods store, just tell her they will come in the color of their choice if they can wait two days. The Two days saved Grandpa $60. This is a quality "childs" set. This was for a 4 year old. She just wanted a snorkel. Grandpa was willing to buy a good one until my daughter stepped in and said she'll play with it for two days. The nice snorkel was $79.95. No mask or Fins. It was a quality snorkel, but not for a four year old. Upon receiving it she walked around in the house all day with the swim fins on. And it was available in Pink, her favorite color. But overall she got a mask, snorkel, and fins... all made by Speedo for Twenty Dollars. Money well spent. -tom-

I bought both a pink and blue set of these in the s/m and m/l. My girls are 8 & 11. My 11 y.o. has size 7 1/2-8 ladies size foot. It would have been helpful to have a little more defined size on the flippers rather than s/m and m/l. My older daughter is a an adult size and if it would have said the large fits up to a size 6 ladies I would have bought an adult size. She can squeeze her foot in them but it is a pretty tight fit. Other than that the girls LOVE them and the goggles are just what they were asking for. They also come with a nice case to put them in, which is nice but not very durable. My 8 y.o. broke it the 1st day. But she tends to be a bit rough on things :-).

The snorkel set is used often in my house as my son loves dressing up as a diver he loves putting stuff on. However he has said the flippers aren't very comfortable. But the mask and snorkel part he uses often

Bought the Speedo kids snorkel and fin set for my 5 year old granddaughter for pool use. She took fins right away and was swimming more confidently and even diving down to the bottom (like grandpa). The set does just what it should for the price, but a few complaints I have are:1. The fins are hard plastic2. The open heel straps are pliable but come loose after 10-15mins of kid type kicking.After 30mins or so the fins became uncomfortable, leaving blisters on the top of the feet, where the hard plastic fin made contact with the skin. I the child try socks but she did not like the feel of the wet sock. I also tried neoprene 2mm fin socks but she wasn't a fan of the feel. After a summer of light use, the fins began to show signs of cracking mid-fin. The next set of fins were kids sized Cressi from a local dive shop I spend money at. The Cressi fins were like going from a Geo Metro to an Acura for the granddaughter, and are made of pliable rubber. The open heel strap stays in place, so there is no loosening of the fin. Another season and she will be ready to do some real shore side snorkeling.

The flippers cracked after one week and do not work any more. And my daughter didn't use them every day so it's not like the broke from heave use. The flipper part simply cracked and broke. I was very disappointed and would love a full refund. I've since seen other brands that seem to stand the test of time and will make sure not to buy Speedo next time. The snorkel and mask are ok but I think there are others that are better.

I bought these because they were name brand, however, they didn’t last more than 2 weeks before the flippers began cracking in many places. The plastic is not bendable and is sharp when cracked, which scratched my son.Sizing was good for my 6 year old, and snorkel and goggles worked decently.

Our grand daughter's three older siblings received quality snorkel and mask sets for Christmas this year. Because the two-year-old wants everything the big kids have, we decided to purchase this smaller set for her. She wanted the mask on right away. She put the fins on her Daddy and her Poppa! (on their toes) It is an inexpensive set and not meant for actual underwater activity - but will be great fun for a 2 1/2 year old!

Cheap set, not what I would expect from Speedo.

Good quality products but the flippers were far too narrow for our grandson even though we bought the correct size. Will pass them on to his younger sib. Like the bag the kit comes in.

It was everything we expected it to be and my son is truly happy😀😀
