Nice Hairpins
These hairpins are similar to what I remember my mother using for her "up-do" styles many years ago, except these are prettier. I ordered the gold ones. They help keep my hair up as expected and are easy to use. I also appreciate the plastic case they come in, to keep them organized. Good quality.

Suit their purpose
My daughters take a ballet, tap and jazz class and need to have their hair up in a ballet bun. These pins work perfectly and I love that they came in a little plastic case, so that I can throw them back in when we are done instead of having pins everywhere! They work well.

The right color
It has been difficult to find hair pins for blondes in stores locally but these are great. They are a color that "dissappears" in my bun and they are strong. I got so many in this flat carrying case which fits great in my makeup bag. Happy I ordered these!

Ease of use. Wearing your hair up with the hairpins is easier than Bobby pins.

Little bit too long!
The pins work great! I love the color! I sometimes even put these in overnight and my hair stays in place for the most part ( considering that I am sleeping and I toss and turn I count that as good). The reason for a 4 star and not 5 is that I have thin, fine hair and when putting my hair up the pins stick out the other side because they are so long. Still, even at the end of the day they do what I wanted them to!

Great to hold wigs!
I think a lot of these bad reviews are from people who don’t know how to use a u-pin or what they are for. In my case I got these for pinning my character wigs in place and they work SO much better than regular Bobby pins. They stay very well unlike the regular slim Bobby pins that start to slip near the nape of my neck. These are great!

Very Sturdy Hairpins
I must respect this product. It truly is well made and sturdy. However, my hair is not thick enough to accommodate such stealth, so I would do better with one that is lighter in weight.

Must have thick hair
My hair is semi thick. If I was to straighten my hair & place in a bun, these can be to loose & they fall out. But overall not bad.
