New Pair of Aluminum SBC head casting for GM V8 engines 1955-2002.Heads are manufactured to accept either Vortec 5.7L (1996-2002) or early style (1955-1996) intakes, along with bolt holes to accommodate for center or outside bolt hole valve covers.Heads Fit many SCB models including 383, 350, 327, 307, and Vortec 5.7L (L30).Heads are machined for 2.02 in intake valves and 1.60 in Exhaust Valves.Rocker post base is designed for a hex screw in type rocker studs.Heads are assembled with undercut valves to allow for more flow.Valves are 0.100 in longer than standard to allow more higher lift than standard camshafts and larger springs required to higher lift. Springs are fitted with a +0.100 in base. Heads take guided 1.6:1 and standard 1.5:1 rockers.
