I love this thing. So handy. I use it often. I broke my power button and it's still working so well. Brought one for my husband to. This company is awesome too. They helped me when my cords were giving me problems. Customer Service is good helpful. I get at least two full fast charges before I need to recharge. As for me I never let mine die. When it gets down to two (one at the lowest) bars I recharge the battery pack. Unfortunately, my battery pack doesn't like all charger cords or more than one cord in use at a time. My husband's will charge two devices at once. Mine won't. I don't typically need to charge more than one device at a time. Still I should be able to.

I am very disappointed in this product. I used it for about 2 months and it no longer works. I can't charge it or use it to charge my devices. The charge port was very loose from the beginning and after charging it twice, I could no longer get a chord to stay in the charge port long enough to charge it. In addition, it charged my phone for approximately 2 minutes and stopped. I was unsuccessful in getting it to begin charging any device again. It is still showing approximately 75% charge so I am uncertain why it is no longer working. It worked very well the first few times I used it. I charged my stereo headset, my IPAD ( for work ), my Galaxy S5, my grandchildren's IPhones and my Galaxy Tab S tablet, so it was very versatile. Unfortunately, it lasted long enough to become ineligible for return so I am stuck making a new purchase.

Although I haven't had this very long it has worked as advertised. When it arrived it was fully charged (not what I expected), so I wasn't quite sure if it was charging or not. I depleted my tablet, connected the charger, and it worked beautifully. It doesn't take that long to recharge and it holds the charge, if not used, for a long time. The only drawback I can see is it is rather heavy, not something I would carry in my purse everyday, but if I knew I'd be without an outlet I would bring it along. Great to have on hand, you never know when the power will go out.

It was delivered in an envelope with a flimsy factory box inside as typical china junk is normally shipped. This of course had me a bit concerned but when I opened it up there was no damage. Checking it out it was already showing a full charge so I plugged my phone in and it was delivering power as designed. Problem I found is when I tried recharging it using the included cables it doesn't make a good connection and will not charge unless you hold the cable in place. I plugged in a spare normal mini usb plug and it started charging with no need to hold it. So the device is pretty good but the cables that come with it are junk.

The power trickles in and trickles out. It takes forever to charge the supply it to full strength. And then charging a phone or other device is glacial. I have an S6 and even in the 2.0 amp outlet I will slowly lose ground. It would be useless for a tablet.The good news is, once the power supply is fully charged it holds its power for a long long time... BECAUSE IT WONT GIVE ANY BACK TO YOUR PHONE.Seriously, dont buy this thing unless its in the dollar bin.

I am somewhat disappointed in this charger as I was only able to charge one item after making sure that my RAV was fully charged. From the reviews I had read prior to purchasing this device I was under the impression that multiple devices would be able to be charged.

I charged it according to the directions the first time and now it wont even take a charge after it was used as directed.i wont ne buying this brand again. I can get a portable charger cheaper at my local electronics store that will give one on one service.

I like the power unit, but the adapter for the Apple 30 pin was manufactured wrong. They built it upside down, so that it is impossible to align the pins for insertion. I bought the unit primarily for my Apple devices, so it won't work unless I use a separate cord with a correctly made 30 pin end. It would have been nice to have the Lightning adapter too.
