Pros: it is stainless. I'm super sensitive to metals and this didn't make me break out in a rash or turn colors. It was boxed and presented nicely. It was easy to fill and seal, but I don't wear it in the water. Cons: the "gold" plating is wearing off after a month of daily wear.

Love this little heart, I have not broken out with it, as I am very sensitive to nickel. Not crazy about the chain will definitely buy a different one. It still is a shiny gold. I also wear it in the shower.

The only part about this necklace that could use work is the hole where you put the ashes is so small it held almost nothing. It holds maybe the size of a ballpoint from a pen (possibly less?).
