On the outside, it looks good. However, as a sewer, the stitches were extremely large and I had stitching lines on two brand new bags come out fresh out of the bag, never used. The stitches on the straps of one of them also came out. The lining was a of a cheap quality. Paper thin - stitches could easily be ripped out and leave holes. The pockets also had the stitches coming out where it was supposed to be reinforced. The colors were very nice, I had a pastel tri-color, and the pink and I like the leather straps that were on the buckles. The exterior zipper was okay, still a fabric zipper, not heavy duty. If the stitching and lining were better, I would have kept it. I did find a similar item on Amazon that met my specifications at a similar price point.

The bag looks exactly as described and is very stylish and spacious, but only big enough for a small laptop. Can't fit mine, very disappointed.

So, I gave this thing 3 stars since the width of the bag is not as pictured. The bag looks really big when you’re wearing it and sticks out lot which isn’t great for a casual look

Very cute backpack, fits all my things including laptop and does not feel heavy. It comes in it’s true color as picture.

Love the colors and a great backpack as a college student! It’s durable I put my textbooks in there for my classes and so far it’s held up.

Good storage capacity and looks great on those colors. My wife love it
