Artisan Silicone Baking Mat for Half-Size Cookie Sheet with Ruler Border, 16.5 x 11 inches, 2-Pack

Amazing....simply amazing. I bought these silicone baking mats, and two new cookie sheets. Our old cookie sheets were gross when we moved, so I tossed them - new house new cookie sheets.I thought i would snag a set of these, as I have seen my friends use them and well....they are a bunch of busy working mothers so there MUST be a reason why they spend money on these.Well folks,...the reason is that these sheets take the chore of cleaning cookie sheets and change it into a slight bother. I made 6 dozen cookies and then turned around and cooked a frozen pizza on these and then ran it under the tap water, wiped a few times and BOOM CLEAN!. Seriously, my cookie pans look untouched, and I spent about 3 mins cleaning them. They stick to the pan so they don't move around, put aren't difficult to get off of the pan. The ruler is nice if you are attempting to follow the instructions to a T - you now know what 2" apart is.Seriously....buy yourself some of these, even if you only make cookies for Xmas get together.

I use these at least weekly (today for bread). So nice! We used to buy lots of non-stick aluminum foil -- very expensive, but so good! This replaces most of the need for that. Pastries will work. I tried broiling gooey marinated chicken breasts with it -- bad idea. It still functions beautifully, but looks stained and ugly. Easy to clean. I am very glad I bought this. Having 2 is optimal! Have used both at one time often. It fits my largest baking sheet.

These silicone mats are so perfect for cooking cookies/desserts. They slide RIGHT off. Even if you had burnt ones, the cookie lifts off effortlessly. Only one tip/CON is to NOT use them with meats/savory foods. I've learned the hard way. I tried cooking (all on separate occasions) BBQ pork, Curry chicken Kabobs and Garlic Knots. Every single time, the smell of the food just engrains itself INTO the silicone. I've tried every cleaner (soap, diluted bleach mix, vinegar, baking soda, etc) to get the smell out and it just won't leave. Good thing is, the cookies aren't affected by the silicone smell should you choose to continue using them!

Have used it several times in baking chicken strips and other things. It cooks w/o any added fat and the food comes out moist and not burned and doesn't stick. The mats are well made and not flimsy. So far I am pleased with them. They clean up easily as well. Just a mild dishwashing detergent when needed. The food debris left on them after you remove what you are cooking just wipes off with a paper towel and you can then wash it with a sponge and dry it with a towel and put it away for the next time.

I gave this as a present. The person liked the workmanship and the slim appearance of it, but he was looking for something slim and closer to the size of a man's back pocket.

I bought these in 2015 and used them a few times and it worked fine. Then, they got tucked away and forgotten during a move. I was excited to use them again when I found them, but the first time I used one to line a pan I was roasting vegetables in, it smelled really strange when I took it out of the oven. I swore I could taste something besides the sweet potatoes, but no one else could taste it, so ignored it that time. Just used it again in the oven last night and it was the same thing, but stronger. It’s pretty gross and unsettling, so I am throwing them out. Probably fine to line a pan to catch drippings but I don’t really want that to be in contact with my food.

These don't fit in my baking sheets, which are typical size. I even measured beforehand. They are slightly too wide on the shorter side. There was also a strange soapy taste on my cookies.

I just used them for my triple ginger cookie recipe and couldn't be happier. They create the perfect non-stick surface eliminating the need to butter or grease pans and I found that they fit perfectly in the Artisan 1/2 size baking sheet. The cut corner shape makes them really easy to remove from the baking sheet and you don't need to clean the pan when you're done baking!

Sirve bien para galletas y chocolates. Queda como una pequeña película de grasa a pesar de lavarlo bien.

These are wonderful baking sheets. I use them all the time.
