Smells amazing & works like a charm for my nose piercing
Update: Per my piercer's recommendation, I switched to using just the antibacterial soap and water. A few days go by and after having the piercing for 4 months I developed a cartilage bump for the first time. Nothing else changed. Wish I hadn't followed his advice, because tea tree oil and sea salt are known to prevent and heal those. Bumps can take months to heal, who knows how long I'll have it now that it has formed. Literally formed overnight. I got infections when I used only this and got a bump when I used only gentle soap and water, so this should be part of a multi-step regimen. Still love it - bought the 8oz bottle! It's not cheap but really, having a permanent body modification heal correctly without infection or scarring is worth it.I purchased this solution to help with the healing process of a nose piercing. I've been using it for a couple days and have seen a huge improvement. I no longer have any swelling, redness, or pain. The solution also smells very good. It kind of smells like a pine tree - very earthy/foresty. I also love that the solution only has natural ingredients. My only complaint is that I wish the price was lower for the size of the bottle. I am going through it pretty quickly, and I think I'm going to have to buy another soon. Still, you get what you pay for, and this is a very high-quality saline solution! I am also using it on another piercing which I was a little worried about, but I brought the bottle back to the tattoo parlor, and talked to the person who did the piercing about whether or not this was a good solution for healing my piercing. Well they said they had never seen or used it before and could not vouch specifically for whether or not it was a good product, they said the combination of ingredients was a potent and effective treatment for piercings. The solution is also amazingly slow to dry. When I soak a cotton ball in it, the cotton ball really holds the moisture well. Accidentally left one on my bathroom counter the other day, when I came back several hours later it was still full of the solution.

This isn't the product I originally reviewed.
Update Feb 2020: I noticed that the product I originally reviewed has been replaced by some sort of eyelash system, which most definitely isn't even close to what I ordered. Changing review to one star as a result.Original review for saline solution (was 5 stars):I usually make my own salt solution but it's kind of an inconvenient and messy process. Besides this stuff is 1000% better for some reason, I don't know if it's a higher salt content or the extra stuff they throw in, but it really packs a punch while being super gentle on your skin. Wish it were cheaper, but that won't stop me from buying it again.

Worked Well, Packaging Questionable
Product worked wonders to heal my infected ear-piercing (top of ear/cartilage). My only complaint would be that the packaging/bottle looks like someone made the solution and bottled it in their home. Just a simple sticker on the front and when you take the top off, there's no seal - which bothered me more than anything. I can definitely smell the hint of tea tree oil. For the price I paid, I think I'll just make my own using the same ingredients next time. If you don't have the time, energy, or products on hand, this was definitely convenient.

Great for new piercings as well as continued maintenance.
I already have super sensitive skin, so, when my genius brain thinks of getting another piercing I know what I am up against. I used this against a few standard lobe piercings and it worked great. I used to use the old school dial soap but even the lobe piercing with ample blood supply for healing just would not heal completely. This did not cause me any burning or drying of my skin. Hard to find that type of product with such sensitive skin.I had my conch pierced. I started with the dial soap like I had done the many other times before (dial soap is great as a general hand and body cleaner but just not my piercings). The conch piercing would NOT even remotely begin to heal. Two weeks after the piercing was done, I was so close to removing it but I made sure I tried this solution as one last alternative before I wasted all my money. I really wish I would have began with this solution. The skin gunk that had built up easily began to subside. I wasn't smelling the foul smell of dead skin mixed with a minor infection. Within about 3 weeks, my piercing was clean and no longer irritated. I continued using this for another two weeks to be safe and had no issues. Every now and then one of my piercings will get a bit ticked off. I just dip a q-tip into the bottle, rub around the piercing as well as dip my removed earring into a cotton pad of this stuff and VOILA.

Works better than I could've imagined!
A few years ago I got my rook pierced and struggled with it for about a year. I was about to give up on it until I changed my earring (I have a metal allergy) and it healed quickly after that.Just recently about a month ago... I got my triple forward helix done. I knew have 3 piercings was going to be so much harder to heal so I went searching for a better product than the one at the piercing shop. From the start I've had issues with these piercings, one hoop shifted and the top healed closed so I had to re-pierce it. They've been snapped with elastic from clothes, kicked with dirty shoes from my 5 year old, caught on pillows and no matter what happens to them... I use this and within a day or 2 the swelling goes down and pain (almost immediately) the redness goes away. I'm actually really surprised at how well this works. I can actually feel my ear trying to heal (gets a little itchy but not in the bad way!) in between the abuse it takes. All three piercings had the large bumps on them at one point and it helped heal those too!If I can quit bumping them I bet they will heal on time unlike my last piercing. Which would be amazing!!
