Pre-Set heating Modes are selected by user interaction with thermal cycle progress observed on LCD display. Reflow, drying, heat, styling, rapid cooling and other functions rolled into one; to be completed by CHIP, SOP, PLCC, QFP, BGA packages and all other forms of single and double-sided PCB board welding; the product can be used as glue curing, PCB thermal aging, PCB board repair and other work.
