I don't get free or discounted items for reviews but...
Update***Wow... I'm impressed! I was going to contact the company about an issue i had with this belt but before i could they reached out to me . They sent me a brand new one at no charge before I even realized they contacted me! I had a long day and came home to one waiting at my door :) what a pleasant surprise to come home to! At first I thought I accidentally purchased a 2nd one and came on to figure it out... that's when I saw the comment below from the company.Needless to say this one arrived faster than I even knew and in perfect shape :) I'm very pleased and have updated my review from 4 to 5 starsThis belt is awesome!Thank you to the company for sending me a new one with no hassles attached :)Original***The other review I read was correct. This ab belt IS the bees knees :)I have been looking around for one of these for a while now... ive gone back and forth through reviews and ratings... I'm so glad I went with this one! It cost less than 20 bucks and was delivered through prime, so it was here in 2 days.I tried it out almost immediately. It's pretty great. I have a huge tendency to slouch.. like in the worst way... but since I've been wearing this my posture has gotten a lot better... it doesn't force you to sit straight but you are aware that it is on... and in turn that helps to keep you straight. And now when I exercise I feel like my waist (all the way around) is getting a much better workout! I take it off and I'm a sweaty mess lol but that's a good thing when working out, right? For me it is anyway. Get rid of those toxins! LolTo clean it I handwash with cold water and a mild soap, and then let it hang dry. It takes a while to dry, but if you wash and hang right after use it'll be ready for your next wear. If you don't have time for all of that you can wipe it down with some babywipes until you do have the time.On another note... It's easy to use... goes on and comes off fast. On a bare waist, just wrap it around your body and stick the flap to the other side. The velcro is super strong, so sweat will not allow it to slip off or down... which brings me to one single concern:::I kind of broke mine somehow.. not entirely. I can still use it just fine. But the other night when I went to take it off the part that you peel &/or stick split down the center... so it sort of looks like a piece of paper is attached to it now... and it flaps around unless im wearing a fitted shirt over it... not a huge deal though because i always wear a fitted undershirt anyway. (pics provided below.)I'm going to be contacting the company in regards to this matter and hopefully they can swap me for a new one. I wasn't particularly rough on it, but it still split. Anyway I will update if the company is willing to send a replacement or not. So, 4 stars for now, but it could be 5 :)

Great belt for working out
I'm a gym rat so don't read this if you aren't and want to see how this will work for you. I wear this while working out most days (I take it off on heavy lifting days that I wear a squat belt). They do slide a bit so I end up in the bathrooms 2-3 times during my workout to adjust it but I drink 40 oz of water duirng my workout so it's not a bad thing. These are not miracle workers. They are just sauna belts. They do heat up your midsection which can promote fat loss (like a sauna) but for the most part they just pull water off of your midsection. For ladies, I would recommend putting it a little lower so it sits on your hips as well which will help trim your transition from your upper hips to your belly. Also, there are not waist trainers so if you are looking for a waist trainer (a cheaper version and take off of the corsets of old), this is not it. This works best b/c I workout with it. Make sure that you WASH it and air dry it and do not leave it on too long or you will end up with a rash and redness. Also, if you workout vigorously (me), wear black shorts b/c the sweat pours out the bottom of this thing and makes you look like you peed your pants. It's funny but true. Do not put it too tight while working out of your disable your breathing and you will probably make yourself sick to your stomach. I have quite a few of these and I wash them once a week, set them out to dry, and grab one for each workout day. The days that I do heavy lifting and need a lifting belt, I put this on during my 15 minutes of cardio afterwards. FYI: I do a routine that most fitness models do and we don't do tons of isolated ab work. Your abs engage when you do cardio and lifting if you use the right form. I am telling you this so the ladies on there will understand that too much ab work actually bulks your abs. You should have strong abs from your workout, not doing 200 situps. I rarely even touch ab machines. I do ab work about 2-3 times a week and it's 1-2 exercises only. The rest is abs engaged during other exercises. So don't get discouraged is you hit up ab machines but are getting thicker and don't see your abs. Work on full core strength and burning fat on top of the abs. That's where you start to see cuts. This belt may help you along the way.

1-size really does fit most
When I saw this product, I was nervous to buy it. "1-size-fits-most" tends to be untrue, especially in workout clothing and equipment. I've always struggled finding knee, back, and arm braces that actually fit me, since I am plus size. I almost didn't purchase this product in fear that it wouldn't fit around my stomach, but I am really glad that I did! It fits with plenty of room to spare, which was a pleasant surprise. If you are weary about the size, I wear size L-XL, and it fits around my midsection with probably 10 inches to spare. I have a pretty bad back, and have struggled with back braces in the past, due to them either not fitting or being really uncomfortable. While this isn't a brace and isn't meant to be a brace, it provides great support in my lower back.I also was amazed at how much I sweat under the belt. I didn't really buy into the positive reviews, because I thought that it wouldn't make a difference. But it does a great job of making you sweat in you mid section and providing lots of support during your workout. The material is very comfortable, and flexible enough not to hinder your workout. My only issue with the material is that it does irritate my stomach a little bit, but I have very sensitive skin, so I just need to wear it under my shirt. My biggest issue with the Reformer belt is the velcro. It has extremely strong velcro to hold it together, which is great during my workout so it doesn't come undone, however it is really hard to take it off. I wish it had a small tab to make it easier to pull off. It's just a small issue, but it is a little bit frustrating fighting with the tight velcro after a long workout. The other thing is that I have big hips and chest, so it is a little bit too wide to fit comfortably between the two. It sits a little awkwardly on my hips, but it's not enough to make me not wear it.
