Love this little cottage. Came in the original box with styrofoam all around it so no breakage at all. Great addition to my garden!

I was impressed with the secure packaging upon opening the Amazon box. It comes very well protected and was completely intact. The painting and detailing on this little fairy house is pretty amazing. Rustic colors (cranberry color roof, brown "wooden" colored house with woodgrain that actually looks like wood, green door jamb, and green foliage on the room) all lend themselves to a very realistic appearance. The door is on a tiny hinge, so you can position it either opened or closed. The flowers in the pot below the windowsill are sweet and colorful. These are the colors you might find on an actual cottage in the woods. No primary colors here. It stands on its own on a secure base and is hollowed out in the interior of the house, so if you could manage to put a tiny votive candle through that front door, you probably would be able to, to lend a realistic light coming through the window. This is a sweet little house and I can recommend it. I put it on my kitchen counter, surrounded by faux evergreen trees . I put a little dwarf on the top step. This is really cute and I'm very happy with it!

Looks great , a little uneven on the bottom so it wobbles but that's OK it's just for looks

The fairy house fits in to the rest of the garden by having a tree as part of its design. I first put it right on the dirt but was worried that might cause it to break down to quickly, so it is on a rock platform. The material seems like it will be very durable in this semi-protected area. The opening door wanted to stay wide open all the time because of a slight slant so I just put a dab of glue from my glue gun inside to hold it closed. To make the small area favorable for fairies to come and visit I added the small door & windows on the tree. Very fun. I recommend this fairy house for your own fun space.

This little house exceeded my expectations. It’s all that I hoped for and more. The details are amazing. Definitely worth every penny.

Along with a set of Flower Fairy Books, this was a Christmas present for my 9 year old grand daughter. I was surprised how well made this little tree house was, and it’s not so little either. It is a nice size with a working door big enough to allow her 3” felted flower fairy dolls to go inside and be very comfortable too!
