I am so grateful for Master Sha and for the gifts he brings us from the Divine. These are among the most powerful teachings on the planet. Experience them for yourself.

I gave my copy to my granddaughter and had to order another copy for me.I refer to it on a regular basis for aches and pains or cold solutions. Dr Sha's methods work and a couple of days ago told a friend about it and she is ordering it!Yay! Spread the good word!

It's no an easy read. A little far fetched.

If you have any inclination to use your own mind and body resourses instead of antibiotics, if you are fascinated by the simplicity of the application of thousand year old wisdom condenced by the Great Teacher, then this book will make a difference in your life as it did in mine.

Surprised me. I was skeptical but the more I read not only this but other books on traditional Chinese medicine the more convinced i was that this is helpful. I have also found it to be personally helpful in addressing some personal acute pain.
