After one month, the strap broke. I must admit that I was carrying heavy stuff (a laptop and a big folder) but I didn't expect it to break in less than a month. The material is waterproof, so no worries about your stuff getting wet. I also like the design of the bag. I can carry it on my back (most of the time) or hold it. I am very happy with the purchase and can't wait to have it repaired. It would have had 5 stars if it didn't break.

It’s very nice bag.it looks expensive. The only down thing about it. I am petite and it is a bit wide for a small framed women Other than that it tick all the boxes.

I just received but am very excited about this backpack. It’s sturdy, versatile, and looks nice. I love the streamlined design and choice of using handles or straps to carry it. I really like the two handles at the top for a quick grab and go without having to get the backpack straps up which makes it tip awkwardly. It has lots of pockets inside to stash and organize things, plus the main storage compartment is very roomy. And it feels very comfortable, no problems with it resting too heavy on my back. I think it’s a great value for the money.

Well made, stylish and plenty of pockets, but the back lining of the laptop section is not secured to the body of the bag which renders it pretty much unusable for me. When a laptop is placed into the laptop "sleeve" there is nothing to prevent the sleeve, laptop and all, from falling forward diagonally into the middle of the bag. Not only does this obscure anything you might have in the bottom of the bag, but it's not very secure for the laptop and it also makes it uncomfortable to wear. Avoid- unless you intend to ram enough stuff into the bag to hold the laptop upright.

A great and very chic backpack, perfect for work! I believe it could also be used as a diaper bag. I get a lot of compliments on it and after a few months of everyday use, it still looks brand new. Very high quality and looks nice with all outfits.

I really like this backpack for the price. Good size, nice quality and nice amount of pockets.The only con for me is that the side pockets should have zippers from both ends in case you want to use one pocket for an umbrella or water bottle ornsimilar.

Very comfortable to carry and can fit a lot of things into it. No complaints.

Got very good comments. Looks stylish with gold zips. Cool.n comfortable. Enough space to carry books and laptop and other accessories. The only flaw is I feel there should inner zip would have been better
