Managerial Economics & Business Strategy, 8th edition (McGraw-Hill Economics) 8th Edition, Kindle Edition

The time between when I ordered it and when it came in the mail was great. I didn't have to wait too long for my book to arrive, as I bought it a week later in the semester. The content was just as the seller described it to be. Brand New. When I opened the book it literally made the brand new book cracking sound. And when the rental due date came they sent me an e-mail informing me a month in advance of the due date. The rental period was great. I would recommend this method any day.

What can I say, it's a text book. However, it did arrive timely and was undamaged.

This is the textbook with access code. A great buy just make sure you choose the right one. I started with the rental without the access code but later found this one with a few dollars more. Amazon was gracious enough to let me do a return and new purchase. Great experience.

The book was very interesting but very poorly written or should I say very confusing at times because it has many formulas that are not explain in a way that new comers can relate to.

Of course we didn't even use the book in my class...

Don't bother with buying the Kindle edition for accessibility. The publisher has disabled the text-to-speech function for this book, so you can't listen to it. I contacted the publisher to try and convince them to please allow Amazon to turn this feature back on for their kindle e-book reader (which I was told by Amazon is normally the default) but I got nowhere. Amazon told me directly that this publisher had chosen to turn this feature off on their book. Making an educational textbook inaccessible to those with disabilities is not acceptable.

Great read!

The book gives good examples, however it takes the author a long time to get to his point with a few of the concepts.

The book is cleraly addressing the subjects in order to have managers understanding tools they supposed to have to address decisions in business. Very easy and useful. It's a good academic and practical guide to decision making in business. Very impressed by a simple statement : "we live in aworld of scarcity. Any method of allocating goods will seem unfair to someone because there are not enough resources to satisfy everyone’s wants." Baye and Prince simply summarizes the story of humanity in wants and scarcity and all consequences that they imply in our world.

WAY cheaper than buying it at my school. Came exactly as expected, not a scratch on it. It reads not bad too...

I hardly used the book even though it was required for class we only used 3 chapters
