It's very sturdy but you can still manage to move it as one person. It does take a while to set up so I'd advise getting a couple friends to help you but it's pretty easy to finish alone in about 2 or 3 hours.

Very flexible, very useful. Just what I was looking for!

I was really excited that I found a really good looking bench press with a leg workout and preacher curls. When receiving the bench, there was a huge rip in the cardboard box. Opening up the box I was happy to find that nothing was damaged but upon further review while building this bench press, I was missing the INSTRUCTIONS, 2x 17mm nuts, the resistance bands and the triangle resistance band attachment that goes next to the foot of the bench. I do hope this message finds the right people and help me to retrieve the missing items.After completing the press and purchasing two nuts from the hardware store I was very surprised that the bench press fit my olympic 7' bar quite nicely. The hooks that hold the bar in place is very flimsy though. If you have your bench connected to the rack you'll find that the back rest is not long enough to safely lift the bar to do bench presses regardless if in a flat, decline or incline position. The hook rest for the flat bar is wide enough, but you'll find it very flimsy especially if you're racking 225lbs back up. I recommend a spotter if you plan on lifting heavy. Racking the weight hard will surely bend the hooks backwards and cause injury.The preacher curl pad is great but the installed swivel straight bar for preacher curls is just a novelty. The hinge has an awkward swing that causes a different result if you're used to normal preacher curls with free weights.The backrest has two support brackets running up parallel from the lower to the head of the rest. I found this to be very intriguing and sturdy.I'll followup with another review in a month and change my rating. But overall first impressions would be two stars.

The box arrived pretty damage and a few of the foam pieces had small tears. The hardware box was missing 3 nuts; had to make 2 trips to home depot. Made in China, hardware is all metric.Besides the negative, it has everything you would want on a bench. I'd recommend it.If any new issues arise, I'll update.

Easy to set up, even on our first trip with it. It also rained and we stayed perfectly dry - the rain fly is solid and so is the structure of the tent. SO much room inside. Definitely recommend.
