Extremely useful business improvement roadmap
I completed my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt training with Forrest's company Smarter Solutions. I have been in Engineering and Quality management for a very long time, and I have to say that this process knowledge base is the most powerful of any that I have learned or used. A particular highlight among many is the completely new and fresh thinking about "scorecard" type metrics and reporting. Taking on Forrest's IEE approach will pay great dividends to your understanding of your own business performance. Of course additionally the grounding in the fundamental tools for Six Sigma and his overall business improvement process are very sound, well-explained, and extremely useful. Highly recommended!

A Complete IEE System for Aligning Process Work to Strategy
Over time, I've reviewed some of these books individually. This set contains the entire Integrated Enterprise Excellence roadmap and methodology at your fingertips. But this is not light reading (except Volume I). This is an excellent set for reference, training, and, more importantly for guiding you in implementing IEE in your business. Geared toward process specialists, it's a complete compendium for your process improvement/design efforts as you align them with your business strategy. The first book in the series is an excellent introduction for business leaders and gives a succinct overview of the approach - challenging them to look at and use their data differently.
