Q: Can this be worn everyday ?

NO, not everyday use because it is heavy and heavy weight hangs from the sensitive hood tissue will migrate the piercing a little faster rate. In my opinion wear it few days a week and that will not should effect the migration. The best way to wear is few days wear light weight and few days wear heavy jewelry or when you want to feel extra pleasure then wear the heavy one.
