Best protection plan available
My plan was 2 months shy of expiration when the product failed... sent vacuum robot in for repair via pre paid UPS, 3 days later my vac was received for repair, one week later I was advised by email that my warranted product could not be repaired and an Amazon gift card for the full purchased amount was available to be claimed. Awesome service.... thanks!

It’s better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
This is something you hope not to have to use, but since I did, I’m glad I had it. My $600 cordless vacuum was replaced and the experience was effortless. Packed it up, shipped it out and received the exact same item less than a week later. 10/10 for sure.

In what form do I receive the warranty.
I think a warranty is a good idea. However, I haven’t received any documentation of the policy. This item was gifted and I want to ensure the product will get extended coverage.

Extended warranty worth every penny!
They tried to fix the shark vacuum twice and it still didn’t work, but the 3rd time they sent us a credit to purchase another. Extended warranty worth every penny.

Easy, hassle-free process — absolutely worth the money!
I bought a 3-year protection plan for a new robot vacuum purchased in May of 2019. Last month (October 2021) the vacuum had some internal electronic issues that were causing faults and not allowing it to clean. I contacted Asurion about the issue and within minutes they sent me a shipping label to return the vacuum for repair. After about 5 business days, they reached out to me and informed me the vacuum was kit repairable and I would be receiving an Amazon gift card for the full purchase price. I received the gift card within 1 minute of being notified.From beginning to end, the process was easy and hassle free. I absolutely recommend them.

They will do anything and everything to not warranty your product.
I submitted a claim and they denied it because the contact information didn’t match. Their web form only allowed for 7 digits in the phone number. I then tried to correct it and they cancelled my plan and offered to refund me the warranty cost instead of paying out the claim. I fought with them for about a week and they ultimately reimbursed me for the vacuum.
