It was home use it would just take to long or not at all produce ice.

Sure you get your $$ worth.

I purchased a microwave from Amazon and after 2 years it broke.I contacted ASURION and they told me to send it via UPS. They spent 2 weeks fixing it and finally gave me a full refund as they could not fix the microwave. They were very helpful during the repair and kept me informed of the progress via email.

I have had two products covered by this company that went bad recently. They are true to thier word of backing up thier warranties after years of use.A must for electrical devices bought on Amazon.com and anything you really value.

I was very pleased with how easy it was to work with Asurion. They were so nice and well organized. I called over the weekend and was told that they will get back to me no later than Tuesday. They called Monday morning and within a few seconds, I felt they were eager to make things right. They really listened and seemed that they understood how I felt having an appliance breaking down. After explaining what happen, they were immediately looking for a service center near me while I was still on the phone. They said that the closest repair center was too far of a drive so, the said they would be happy to return the complete purchase price of the item within 3 days. I got it within 24 hours with no problems. I plan on using them to cover future purchases. I had already bought a new plan for the replacement. Truly, I can't think of anything more that they could have done to make things any better. I remember the days when the customer was king and for the first time in decades I feel I found a company that has that frame of mind.
