Absolutely great trays for small seafood appetizers
This is one of my best Amazon purchases. The trays are sturdy and look great. I have used them to make some baked oysters. Easy to wash.Highly recommended

Very easy to use and clean up
Used these on both a gas grill outside and in oven to bake oyster rockefeller and and butter and cheese oysters on half shell. Worked perfectly each time and cleanup in dishwasher was easy.

Used these to make oysters Rockefeller. Holds a great amount, sits flat and gets cool enough to pick up on the edges within minutes. Great for parties! Comes in a nice plastic box for storage.
