I really love my new belt!!! This is the very first belt that I bought online, for I had never been successful in finding a perfect replacement of my current (and best favorite) belt in the stores. I was particularly careful with sizing, and I even watched a couple of YouTube videos to learn how to correctly measure the belt length and choose the right size.Quite a few people in the review here report that the belt was too small/too large, but I found the belt length very accurate and consistent with the chart the Amazon provided.Since everyone wears a belt at a different position on their waist (e.g. high, low, @ bellybutton), going by height/weight or clothing size (jeans size) doesn't help at all. In order to measure the right belt length for your pants, you need to measure either one of the followings:1. your current belt: from the BASE of the buckle to the grommet/hole that you use the MOSTOR2. your waist: put on the pants that you'd want to use the belt for, and wrap the measuring tape around TIGHTLY at the belt positionThe obtained measurement is what you need for your belt. When a belt size is listed (back of your belt at the base of the buckle) as 36, that means the length between the base of the buckle and the MIDDLE HOLE of the belt (usually belt has 5 holes). Thus, the belt can accommodate some weight gain/loss because you can move up or down to the next hole.I did both measurements: my current belt feels a bit tighter at the most used hole and cannot afford extra few-pound gain. I measured the length from the base of the buckle to that particular hole and it was 78 cm (30.7 inches).Then I wear my jeans and run the measuring tape through the belt loops; it was 79-80 cm (31- 31 1/2 inches). So, according to the sizing chart, the correct size for my new belt should be S (31-32 inches).I went ahead and bought an S. The belt fit PERFECTLY and better than my current belt. The middle hole is the best fit (31 in) and I have 2 extra holes on both sides if I should need to adjust due to weight change.Notice how I low I wear my belt (photo 1). I am 116 lbs and 5'3" with wide hips where I wear the belt.The material is thick and sturdy, and the color is gorgeous (photo 2). This is going to be my best favorite belt and I can officially and safely retire my current7-year old belt!

I really love this belt- it's exactly what I was looking for!To decide what size to order, I measured my waist with my jeans on, using a soft tape measure and running it through the loops, where the belt would be. I measured 36'' but went against the measurement guide and ordered a medium size, instead of the recommended large. As other reviewers have mentioned, your measurement will vary depending on whether you wear your pants higher on your waist or lower on your hips, so keep that in mind.The medium belt itself is about 1.25'' wide and measures about 43'' long, including the buckle. There are five holes, spaced about 1'' apart.I wear it with my jeans, which range between a size 9 to a size 11, depending on the brand. The medium belt fits me in the third hole for a looser, more comfortable fit or the fourth hole (from the end) for a tighter, more snug fit. This still leaves me with room to loosen or tighten in the event of any weight gain or loss. The third and forth holes are roughly 36'' from the buckle, which corresponds perfectly to the waist measurement I had made before purchasing this belt!The color is maybe just a shade lighter than what is depicted in the image. The texture is that of rugged, brushed leather, which you can't really discern from the image. It is comfortable, easy to buckle and unbuckle and keeps my pants in place. The belt has a very sturdy and strong feel to it, despite being made in China.I also love the mini belt loop; it gives the belt a cute touch! It is removable so you can adjust it any way you want, but I like it where it is.A great belt overall. I very pleased with this purchase!

I really like this belt. I bought one a couple years ago and being a large guy (thats right I am a guy) I can go through belts fast so need a strong one and needed it to be sturdy since I also conceal carry. That was the main reason for getting this bet was for conceal carry since my other belts were to flimsy. Now I say I am a guy because well yea I am a man and this is under women's belts. When I bought my first one it was as a Sportsman Warehouse and the someone had put some the women's belts with the men's belts. It is a thick strong and long belt. When I got home I saw the tag "women's". Thought nothing of it since it works great. What I really like about the perforation going all the way to the buckle is that I am loosing weight and I hate making new holes in belts just because I lost weight. I got one size smaller this time than last time just so I don't have over hang but still really like it. My wife likes it too for the style on me. Her lady friends really like it on me too. My wife purchased one as well because she needed a belt for carry and really like the design and the fact that loosing weight doesn't mean getting a new belt.Only reason why I got a new one was after 2 years the old one was starting to lose metal from where it was set at. That is not a defect that is because, as I said, I am a heavy guy, I carry every day, and I like it tight. So that puts a lot of strain on the rivet. I am surprised it lasted this long. It is still wearable and the rivets are there but one is just about not there. The leather looks like new still. They used some real quality leather for this belt. Very impressed. I paid over 50 in the store for my original one. I was really happy to pay 20 less from amazon. Seems like the same quality too.

Great quality sturdy leather. It is rigid, but like all good leather belts, they will soften and mold nicely with time. I look forward to having it my new favourite go-to belt. I am a size 8 and I purchased the Medium length. It fits well on the second hole.
